Residual Income vs. Active Income

The vast majority of people make active income, which is essentially trading hours for dollars. The problem with this is there is always a ceiling to how much you can make, and you are not in control of that ceiling. If you lose your job, the money stops coming in. Residual income is earning money off of work you have done in the past. Make Money Selling Scentsy

How much money can you make selling Scentsy? It all depends in you. Some Scentsy Consultants spend just a few hours a week on their business and make enough money to pay a few bills. Others work a few hours a day to build their business and make a full-time income. Some consultants focus on selling products and others focus more on building their teams. Others focus on both.

After you Join Scentsy, you are immediately eligible for 20% commission on the Scentsy products you sell. However, when you Join Team Get Scentsified, we work with you to maximize the Scentsy Compensation Plan. We will teach you how to earn upwards of 30% commissions on your product sales and earn even more as you grow your team.

My team will provide you with a welcome email packed with new consultant information so you’ll know what to be working on from day 1 so you can hit the ground running with your new Scentsy business! You will also receive a sample pack of goodies from Scentsy Success that will show you of all the wonderful marketing materials they have. This information is in addition to the Scentsy Starter Kit.

Scentsy Home Party

The Scentsy Home Party is the most common way consultants sell Scentsy candles. If you are interested in hosting a home party, all you have to do is invite people. The Scentsy consultant does all the work. All the Scentsy Scents are set up for people to smell. This is a great way to earn free products. As hostess, you get a percentage of the total sales in free Scentsy products. For example, if there is $400 or more in total sales (which is very attainable goal), the hostess earns 15% in free products plus up to four half-priced items. And if anyone at your party signs up to host another party, you get another half-priced item. As long as sales reach $150, shipping is free for everyone at the party.

Scentsy Basket Party

A Scentsy Basket Party is a lot like a catalog party—sort of a mobile home party with small scent testers for people to smell. For basket parties, the consultant gives the hostess a tote with a few catalogs, order forms, smaller versions of all the scents for people to smell, and a few other Scentsy products to try. Basket parties are perfect to take to work, sporting events, offices, church events or anywhere people gather. The hostess keeps the basket/tote for about a week. Once all orders are taken, just give the basket back to the consultant. The same hostess rewards are available as with a Home Party.
